Death By Chocolate
Flavor wise this cake is great - brownie bottom, chocolate ganache, mocha mousse, chocolate meringue, another brownie layer, more ganache, and chocolate mousse on top, and oh yeah - chocolate tiles on the side. I make this cake exactly 1 time a year (for my husband's birthday). It always tases great, but looks terrible. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I had problems with getting fingerprints on the chocolate tiles. Thanks for looking
it looks good, the only thing I can think of is maybe breaking the tiles and making a mosaic pattern on the sides with them.
It looks great, wearing cotton gloves like at the chocolate store will stop fingerprints, maybe tie a bow around to pretty it up? ;-D
