The recipe I use in is a book called Pretty Party Cakes and it basically consists of fondant, glucose, and sugar syrup heated. Depending on the consistency, I sometimes pour the icing over twice to ensure coverage. Hope this helps :cake:

Wow, very pretty and a lot of work great job. What is your recipe for the frosting used so smooth and not see through I like the look. Thanks for the show.
