I totally loved doing this cake. It was for my friend's grandson. It is a Hersheys cocoa cake constructed with one 13X9 inch sheet and one 9 inch round cut in half. The cake is frosted with chocolate cream cheese frosting, which is then covered with black-tinted milk chocolate ganache. It is decorated with frozen cream cheese frosting transfers and royal icing lettering. The skateboard trucks are made with sugar cookies, cookie straws, milk chocolate candy melts, royal icing, and chocolate-covered donuts.
