This is a b-day cake I did for my brother. My sister-in-law, who is a Jets fan, bought tickets to take my brother, who is a Cowboys fan, to the Jets vs Cowboys game in November as his b-day present, so I did a little cake as the theme. The Jets cake is a spiced rum cake with rum buttercream. The Cowboys cake is a banana chocoalate chip cake with banana flavored buttercream. Both cakes are covered in fondant with fondant pieces and icing images for the team logos on the helmet.
