Thank you! It was a bit daunting when I decided to tackle this cake because I have no idea what consistency a lot of the modelling ingredients needs to be - pastillagem, royal icing, modelling paste etc etc. I was convinced the pastillage box flaps will not stay up on its own but it did! I look forward to learning new things from CC!
