This was my 2nd attempt at working with fondant, I self-taught myself using the Debbie Brown books. Maybe when I get more confident I will attempt an original design!

It was a bit daunting when I decided to tackle this cake because I have no idea what consistency a lot of the modelling ingredients needs to be - pastillagem, royal icing, modelling paste etc etc. I was convinced the pastillage box flaps will not stay up on its own but it did! I look forward to learning new things from CC!
