Cookie Pizza Cake
Staring form the bottom up of the cake: The bottom layer is a thin layer (1/2 inch) baked cookie dough, then peanut butter cream (a mix of heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and creamy peanut butter), then a chocolate cake moistened with kahlua syrup (Kahlua liquor and confectionary sugar) and the top layer is peanut butter icing ( heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, Hershey's cocoa powder, sugar and peanut butter) and to finish I put some cut peanut butter cups.
I'm gaining weight just looking at this!! YUM!
My husband would die for that! I would love to have the recipe-YUM!
I want to say you did a GREAT JOB! Looks yummy! But, my TEETH are hurting from all the sweet! LOLL
Thanks. Actually the peanut butter cream (filling) and the icing are not very sweet. The recipe called to mix peanut butter with vanilla frosting and I thought it was going to be too sweet so I created my own recipe with whipping cream, granulated sugar (maybe 2 tbsp), pb and vanilla extract. It has the calories but it is not as sweet as it looks.
