This is a birthday cake for a 3 year old. Didn't quite come out how I wanted it to. I did a FBCT of Mickey's whole body but when I went to take it off of the wax paper, he fell apart :-(. So I tried to draw Mickey's head at 3 am this morning and that didn't work out so well either. So this morning I did a Mickey head out of fondant. I hope the mom likes it. Nothing ever seems to go quite as planned. Marble cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream.
