beautiful bouquet! May I ask how do you get the cookies to keep their shapes, I have tried to make some and they never keep their shapes.

They do expand when you cook them, but the icing covers up any errors! Make sure the dough is chilled when you roll it out and cut the shapes. I even put them back in the fridge on the cookie sheet before going into the oven.
