"ice Cream" Cake
I got this idea from ruty. My husband loves black rasberry ice cream so I made this for his 50th birthday. The cake is 5 layers of yellow cake with black rasberry filling. The cake is covered in fondant. the top I made out of rice crispy treats because I thought it would be lighter on top but by the end of the day the cake sagged a little.

this sooo cute!!!!! Doesn't really matter if it started to sag cause that's what the cartons do anyway when they are left out oo long and the icecream melts;-) I think it looks great!
