Dani's Bridal Shower
This is a peanut butter cheesecake on a pretzel crust with chocolate ganache. I decorated it with 2 bell lollipops in the center, and filled the lollipop mold half way to make the white chocolate medallions to go around the inner rim. I then piped on some additional decorations using buttercream frosting. I made this cheesecake for her birthday in March. A friend asked me to make the same one for Dani's shower and I decided to make it more in keeping with the theme.

Thank you, can't wait to actually take the class. I have been doing this off and on for years but know that taking a class from a professional is going to teach me some tricks of the trade.
This sounds too yummy (great looking cake also). Never heard of a pretzel crust....sounds like a good combo with a cheesecake.
