Wishing Well
This is the cake I'm most proud of. I made it in April and just got the pictures of it recently. I tried to duplicate a picture from the 92 or 96 Wilton year book. The cake was for a Jack and Jill, wishing well themed party. It was made with buttercream frosting. The flowers were made of royal icing, and the "stones" on the side were made with flattened marshmallows. It was a chocolate cake. In the background you can see some of the vanilla cupcakes.
I love this cake!! I have the book and have wanted to make it but have not had an excuse. You did a fantastic job!!
Thank you. The only think I'd have done differently is try to figure out how to add a bucket to it. Pictures I took at other angles seemed to have something missing (a bucket). My daughter helped me make the daisies so that was extra fun for us to share that time together.
This cake is so neat!!! I can tell that you put a lot of heart & time into it!!! Awesome!!
What a beautiful cake!! You definately should be proud of this one!
