I saw this cake on wilton.com and I just knew it was a great cake for my 1st time since the Wilton class... The cake is supposed to be baked in the 'open book' pan but I just used the regular 11x15 pan. I think my favorite part was making the little face! It was my first cake, we'll see how I progress from this cake. Everyone at my sis-in-law's baby shower loved the cake. :)
