Thank you Kara! It's really not difficult at all. :D It's a 12 in. square, 2 layer chocolate cake. The cherries on top are from a can of cherry pie filling. Actually, I think I used 2 cans. I used a spoon to get as much liquid out of the cherries as I could...I then used that as a filling. The lighter chocolate icing is a regular recipe...you ice the entire cake with that first. Next, I used a can of DARK fudgy chocolate icing...heated it to make it a little runny, and used a spoon to carefully drizzle...

it around the edges, coming in an inch or so from the actual edge. Then you pipe the shell borders, with the top border being set in a bit, covering the edge of the dark chocolate icing. Then you just have to arrange the cherries that you already prepared on top, trying to cover all the top surface of the cake inside the shell border. The chocolate pieces are last...just melt some baking chocolate and spread on waxed paper until set. Break into the shapes you want, and arrange in the center of the cake. ...
