This fondant covered cake took three 12 in square cakes divided in half and one 8 in square for the front pocket.   The teddy bear, pencils, and scissors are fondant.  The board is a foam board covered in fondant and painted to look like the top of a school desk.

Thanks for the comments. The key to the pencils is a clay gun that I got from Michaels. I used it for the yellow part of the pencil. The other parts I rolled by hand. I let each part dry. I used an exacto knife to make marks in the gray part. Then attached them together.

Amazing cake!! If you don't mind answering, I was wondering, on average, how much a cake like this would cost? I hope to, someday, open a specialty cake business and I was just wondering how much I would be able to make off an amazing [time-consuming], beautiful cake like this (but not this one, because I would never try to copy anyoen or anything!)...if I ever become this good. LoL.
