The host wanted to incorporate lots of photos at the party so she asked if we could use a sonogram photo of the baby on the cake. The cake is a two layer french vanilla with buttercream. I used a ribbon around the bottom with polka dots but when I put the icing around the bottom it looked like there was only 1 row of dots around the bottom so I just duplicated the polka dots all the way around.
