I bought mine at staples Cannon i560 three years ago, you have to buy edible ink cartridges, and icing sheets, and a head cleaner. I use the Lucks Brand of ink and sheets. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

This is a printed icing image. You must have a food edible ink printer and iicing sheets.
Just regular cupcakes the trick is not to fill your cups too full and to stagger your cupcakes on the board so you don't have any gaps!
