Thank You ljudd1969 & everyone else's comliments!! I got the shape by using 3 different size cakes and then did a "wavelike" cut into all 3 tiers. Hope that helps! :)

Thank You Ashli :) I hand painted eveything with small paint brushes, I used Wilton Gel colors thinned out with some water and after it dried I used luster dust,pearl dust& sparkle dust mixed with vodka to make it shimmer! :roll:
