This cake was a challenge in more than one way. Firstly, it was 1 of 3 due the same day. I also needed help (received from melysa) for a complimentary cake flavor to the tiramisu top tier. Got Kate Sullivan's Choc cake recipe for bottom. Either cat or youngest child got to one and I had to bake the cake again! Covered in IMBC (thanks Shirley). First time making and using IMBC and of course, the first batch (crumb coat) came out better than the 2nd batch. Fondant calla lillies and hand-rolled pearls.
