wow :o I like the way you presented your cakes are they large muffin cupcakes and also what type of tip did you use to get that layer effect ? very creative would make a great center piece

Thanks, it's the regular size muffin tin, and the tip is #61, starting from outer edge of cupcake, overlapping slightly and working to the centre building up to create that layered look.
