This is my first attempt with fondant, and I love it! This is MMF with buttercream accents. I made it for my son's 2nd birthday. I used a 14" cake pan. The track was so hard.....It kept breaking. I would love critique/comments on this cake. Thank you to all the other "racetrack and nascar cakes" that I looked at for inspiration!
