My daughter searched all the whimsy cakes on CC. She chose certain elements from her favorites and came up with this design. I baked and constructed the cake ( using instructions from CC) and the only decorating I actually did on this was frosting the bottom and top layer smooth...y daughter did the rest! We used pipe cleaners ( stick into the end of a straw to keep the "FUZZIES" from the end of the pipe cleaner out of the cake) for the swirl decorations and royal icing flowers.
