Loch Ness Monster
The customer requested a cake for some friends that were visiting from Scotland. They thought something with Nessie on it and this is what I made! The cake is WASC with almond buttercream icing. Nessie, the flag and rocks are fondant.

What a good idea! My DD fiance is of Scottish extraction. This would look SO appropriate with his clan tartan on the board, and maybe him with a sword! May I snitch this idea?
