This is a copy of one my teacher taught me a few years ago. I love the tiered "staircase" look and the dot pattern is so clean and simple.

The border is just using a flat tip in one big stripe. The dots are actually just dots of matching buttercream.

Yes, this is very nice. I can think of several variations in the design. I've added this to my favs! Good work.

I think that simple is so much prettier thank lots of fru-fru sometimes. THis is so classy. I would love for you to tell me how you make your corners so sharp. They are perfect. I have a square groom's cake to do and I am dreading the corners. Any tips would be most helpful. Thanks! [email protected]
