This was for a recent baby shower for a friend. To save on fondant and time, I crumpled parchment paper and attached it to the top of the cake to creative waves and height.

Hi..I am glad you like the cake. The tub is the cake and everything else is made from fondant. After the cake was iced is attached crumpled parchment paper to the top of the cake to create waves and height. I then made the bubbles out of fondant and proceeded to cover the cake and parchment with the balls. I then dusted them with pearl dust. I hope this explanation helps.
