wow. this was a lot harder than I thought. The first batch of cupcakes I made wouldn't stay on. But I read a lot of threads onCC and figured out how to make it work. The girl I made it for loved it.

thanks. Well, the first mistake I made was baking then assembeling right away. The second one was that I tried to put a raspberry filling in the cupcake. This made it way to heavy. So I rebaked and assembled using two wooden skewers in each cupcake and I also put toothpicks under the cup cakes. And most important I frosted last.
