Wilton Project Cake
I found it! This was my very first wedding cake, the one you have to design and complete for the last class in the Wilton course. This was last November 2003. I believe 6, 9 & 12", Lemon, Almond & Chocolate respectively with different fillings as well. The instructor did not critique me at all!!!

I love the gathered fabric look on the bottom layer. Where can I find the instructions on how to do that? I'm taking course III in January and am really looking forward to it.
