First cake made at home, by myself. Scratch carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Made carrots out of homemade marzipan (dyed orange), and the stems and dots are piped on green cream cheese frosting. Pressed the sides with crushed walnuts and center is a single piece of walnut. Border is a simple shell (not very good with piping yet!) Sorry about the low picture quality, I am trying to acquire a better camera. Let me know what you think, thanks!
