Treasure Map Cake
This cake was done with BC icing. The whole scarf eventually had white dots on it but I took the picture before I had finished because the dots were put on on the next day so they wouldn't turn pink.

The skeleton picture was found on decorations from Dollar Tree. They had the balloons, paper goods and gift bags.
