My youngest daughter turned one this past Saturday. With school starting for both my oldest, and my husband (a teacher) me beginning a new contract, and three other cakes to do, Friday came and I had no plan, no design, and no time to make something spectacular for my daughter. I did the best I could, and am pleased with it given the week I had. Carrot cake with orange cream cheese filling. Fondant covered with fondant accents.
