Curious George Cupcake Cake

This was inspired by a photo I found on Flickr...it was my first CCC and I think it turned out great. They cake was triple chocolate with vanilla buttercream. The lettering was done with candy melts.

It sure is...just put down a layer of icing first them set it right on top!

Wonderful Job! Is the whole thing cupcakes or is there a round in the middle. It's so hard to tell, at least for me anyway. I need to do a cake like this for a birthday soon. Could you pm me and let me know how you did the transfer if you'd be willing to share your secret? :roll:
