My jumping the broom, five tiers, purple and gold was inspired in the old African American culture. It is described as follows: 4(square),12(round), 10 hexagon, 8 round and 6 hexagon. All cakes were covered with rolled fondant icing Using chocolate molds I made gum paste medallions, painted with edible gold and decorated with edible pearls sizes 8 & 6.Hand made red roses and leaves were made using gum paste. The cake stands is a cathedral style acrilic base.
