Your cake looks great, what do you think happened to make it collapse?

It was carved and was heaver at the top of the base cake than the bottom, I put a very thick layer of ganache between the base cake layers - which added weight. When I put the supports in, it looks like the cake just broke off at that spot - almost like a fault line through the ganache. Never had it happen before - pray it never happens again.

Sorry about the cake, it looked GREAT. How did you make the film?

Forgot to mention the film. I cheated a bit and did it on my computer then covered it with contact paper. Rolled it up to look like film.
