this was a cake my 15 y/o stepson asked me to make for his GF... it was small and had to be taken on a plane from Alabama to Seattle, he was giving her a promise ring (yes at 15.... ain't that sweet) and wanted to stick it in the big hunk of icing at the front of the cake, his special design. Her name is Lindsey, hence the L and her favorite colors are teal and bright orange, hence the color choices... so though not my best cake, the thought was special.....
