Petit Fours
petit fours are by far and away my favorite thing to eat and make. we hada local bakery that made the absolute best petit fours ever and when tyhey closed i searched in vain to find petit fours that tasted the same. and not finding them i decided to try recipes until i found the right cake component and the right icing consistency to make what i remember. and man are they yummy

Are you using poured fondant? These are something I want to get better at.
yes I use quick pour fondant for the icing. and i'll share my recipe on the recipes thingy just as soon as i can get some time to do that. but thanks for liking my petit fours
