Ultimate Butter Cake with BC and MMF. The cake was delivered a little sticky and shiney as I put too much milk in the BC and didn't want it to spoil so I put the cake in the fridge (it as 90 degrees here today. (But I'll Never do that again). The cake was a freebe for my daughters friend so I'm not so worried about it. Besides that, I'm pretty happy with the results. Thanks for looking.
