This is one of a 4 tier wedding cake. It's the trial cake that I made for the bride to see and taste. She wanted a fish theme, but because it's a wedding cake I wanted to make it with a mixture of elegance and a bass fish theme. It's made with buttercream frosting and chocolate molded bass fish. The one thing that I will change on the final cakes will be the rope border it will be done in chocolate buttercream instead of the white buttercream.
