Grass tip used for the rough, tinted piping gel for the water, and crushed nilla wafers over tan icing for the sand traps.  Cake size was 1/2 sheet (12x18).

This cake was for my husband's grandfather's surprise 75th birthday party. There land was nick-named "Breezy Acres" because of the... uh... Breeze!! They have a big sign in front w/ the name. You also will never see him without his golfcart...

This the bday cake for my father.  Used the back of a paint brush dipped in cornstarch to make the dimples.  He loved the fact he could use the tees, markers, and glove.

I made this cake for my father in law. I used the doll cake pan and cut the mountain in half. I filled in with icing and used a papertowel to smooth the surface! The sand trap is made with crumbled graham crackers and the trees are made with sugar...

9 X 13 chocolate cake filled and iced with buttercream.  Golf clubs are made from a chocolate mold, sand trap is brown sugar, flag is rice paper.  Once again I took a bunch ideas from toher cakes on this site.

I made this cake for my dad's retirement. With my husbands help I made an 18 hole golf course, each hole has a major acheivement in my dads life. It was a hit at the party and noone wanted to cut it.
