Done for a little boy that turned 4. His father wanted the red, white and blue colors for the Globetrotters. Twelve inch with the Sports Ball. For some unknown reason, my basketball took on a football shape.

12" round with 1/2 sports ball. I texturized the ball and cake with a table napkin. OOps, I forgot to thank lisa for helping me.

8" with 1/2 sports ball stacked. This is for a man's birthday who is a big Lakers fan. I used a ruler to get the netting look on side of the cake...first time doing this. Thanks to everyone that has made this cake...got inspiration from you.

The basketball is made from 1/2 ball pan. Hoop and strings are made from b/c. This was done for a senior who plays basketball in school, his name and number are on the jersey.
