Purpple (even though picture doesnt show it very well) Yankees hat. Marbel flavor covered in buttercream and fondnat with fondnat accents.

Cake made for a client for her husbands 40th birthday who is a huge yankees fan. Cake is marable, filled with chcoclate filling, covered in buttercream and then covered in fonadnat all accents are fondant.
