This was a purse cake I was asked to "donate" to my pastor's wife. It was Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing. It was literally a last minute request and I only had one day to make it. .So, it's not as detailed as I would have liked it to...

Customer/Friend wanted a purple & silver shoebox w/shoe cake for her mother's engagement party. Strawberry cake with Strawberry-n-cream butter cream icing all with two-toned gum-paste tulips. Shoe & flowers are all hand painted.

Hi! Do you have a tutorial for these shoes. Just love them!!

Hi Babyluv! I unfortunately don't. But I did buy new shoes, washed them, covered them in saran wrap, traced the sole with parchment paper and used that as a template. Then I laid the gumpaste on top of the shoe (still covered in saran wrap) and let dry for maybe 4 days at least. For the heel, I sort of just eyeballed the actual heel until I got the shape I wanted (stuck a lollipop stick in the middle of the log) and let it dry separately. Did the same with the strap, then I glued them all together with royal icing. Hope that helps! :)
