Christmas Cake 2006

All BC Icing. with RI Poinsettias and Gumpaste Roses (my first) and Holly leaves with BC red berry accents. Cakes are 8" Butterscotch Spice, 10" and 12" White Almond Sour Cream Cake. This was my Wilton Course III final.
