This is a red velvet cake with creamcheese filling covered with fondant. I love to make quilting technique! I used gold because it was for a 50th wedding anniversary. The flowers are fondant with red dust powder.

I wanted this cake classy and delicate. I still love making billowing technique, it is really efficient!!! This is a french vanilla cake with custard filling iced with buttercream than covered with fondant. The flowers are fondant.

This cake was celebrating 50 years of priesthood of a priest in Seminaire de Quebec.
These are the coat of arms of the Seminaire with the chalice. Everything is edible, I let dry the chalice few day and painted it gold to give the antique effect....

Hi and thanks for your message. The flowers are fondant, I used a couple of rose molds to create them. I am hopeless at buttercream roses, so using a mold was the next best thing for me!
