First attempt at Topsy Turvy. It was a trial, but I am happy with the results (considering). Bottom layer is chocolate with chocolate fondant, wrapped in fondant yellow brick road and gumpaste poppies. Top layer is rainbow vanilla covered in fondant with white chocolate emeralds. The bow is painted gumpaste. Dorothy, Glenda, Toto, and witches legs are gumpaste. House is RKT covered in fondant. This is a cake for a fundraiser at our school. The kids are putting on a performance of "The Wizard of Oz" and they are going to raffle off this cake along with two others from other people. Thanks for looking!
