Vanilla cake with strawberry preserves filling iced with all butter buttercream and fondant icings. Each layer of each tier was rotated slightly during assembly to get the twisted effect. Gum paste roses and custom topper finish the look.

This cake is almond cake with raspberry and white chocolate ganache filling with buttercream icing. Don't know if I'll ever do another square topsy turvy. It was so hard to make it look lopsided. Sticking to ROUND ONLY!
