I made this cake for my Wilton Flowers Cake class last night. The flowers are royal icing and the cake if chocolate mocha with buttercream frosting. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

This was my first stacked cake for a Wilton class I took last weekend. The cake is buttercream icing with royal icing flowers.
