In this class we were learning about color flow. I had quite a few bugs and such but on the way to class I dropped them! Ended up with quite a few less. The baby roses were done using a toothpick. Thanks for looking!

This was our project cake from last night's class. We learned to do basketweave. It takes a while but it was lots of fun.

I am now in the intermediate class and this is the first chocolate/chocolate cake I did. I used Hershey's kisses for the bases of the roses. It worked really well and it's such a nice suprise, too. I really enjoyed making this one!

These were supposed to be roses but I think they came out to be camellias.

We learned to use piping gel to make the outline of the cupid. All went well until my bag fell on it and smooshed the side. I brought it home and made the red flowers to cover the spot.

This was the 2nd cake we did for class. We were learning to do roses. I sort of messed up but with some practice they will get better...I hope!
