my first attempt at basketweave. if I hadn't had such trouble with the cake to begin with (let's just say the base frosting color was not intended to be pink but due to issues with my filling I had to change plans and when I arrived at Michael's for class the cake had slipped on its side) I think I could have done a better job. By the time I started decorating I was ready to call it quits for the day!

First cake from class... wasn't planning on doing green flowers but heck - St. Patty's day is coming up, right?! Ha!
