I took the Crafty Classes, which are excellent! My first time with RI piping for monogram and scrolls...First time with billowing! Made for my sister's birthday....Carrot cake and pound cake combination....Thanks

First time trying the "Inlaid Design"...I love the technique...Need alittle more practice...

This is my first attempt at making chocolate mousse and using it to fill and ice a cake....I decorated it with dark chocolate clay roses and leaves...I wished I'd had the milk chocolate ones instead...The cake was a big hit for my Thanksgiving day dinner!
