this was my first of many things. first stacking of a cake not covered in fondant, first time making a mini cake that by the way is way more hard to ice than a regular size cake and first time doing to loops. i wasnt making it for any one so i was not putting 100 % effort into it. but it was cute.

I made my own gender party cake ( other than having a friend fill it so i get the suprise too) first time ever making a two tier cake and my second time working with fondant. ( first time using the special rolling mat i bought online. it turned out pretty good. i dont like how the tiers are pretty close to the same size and ti dont like the blocks not sure what i did wrong maybe it is cause i didnt put then on mini cake boards so the were sagging im not sure but i wanted them much more square. but in generall it turned out pretty good
