This is my Wilton Course 3 finale cake. Cake is French Vanilla WASC with coconut creme filling. All fondant and fondant accents :) I know I need more patience with stretching my fondant around the bottom. Any and all constructive criticism is appreciated :)

I made this instead of doing bows and ribbons. This was my first time covering a cake in fondant, and since I did such a bad job, it won't be my last. I'm determined to master the art of having a perfectly smooth cake! I wish my camera phone would have captured the colors better. They were all very bright and obnoxious! Cake is a chocolate scratch with choc. pudding filling. TFL!!

The cake was supposed to have both apple blossoms and daisies, but on the way to clas I had to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident, sending everything flying, breaking ALL of the daisies. Other than that, I am really happy with how this turned out. I was a little intimidated by basketweaving, but I'm pretty much in love with it now :) Thanks for looking!

Oh man, I hate this cake. My icing was much too thin, and the room was 85 degrees. My roses and that stupid bow never stood a chance, haha.

This is my cake from my third night at Course 1. My swirl flowers looked so much better on my practice board, but all in all I guess it's okay!

My Wilton Course 1 class was huge, so we didn't get to practice pattern transfers in class. I made this at home for my son, and he LOVED it!

This is the cake I did the second night of Wilton Course 1. Yellow cake and BC, pretty standard :)

This was the first cake I ever really decorated. I bought the tackle box of Wilton stuff and couldn't wait for Course 1 to start! It was dark chocolate (hence the crumbs showing thru) and I used mint extract in the BC instead of vanilla. Very tasty :)
